All you have to do is pull the frame a little bit to the top or the side. Hold the lens between your thumb and pointer finger and pop it out the front. you cant hurt them, they are made to be tough. or you can take it to your friendly neighborhood Sunglass Hut and they will do it for you for free!! (i know causes thats where i work)
