My friend is having 3 kids in her 8 yrs of marriage but her husband is cheated on her .She want's to divorce him.I want to know what kind of previous steps she should take so that she can take alimony to bring up her children by her own & you can also gave some other advice in this regard.

Loving someone is such a good thing but if loving someone makes yourself misserable its not love anymore i could say its being blind and dumb at some point.
Her kids would understand her when they grew up, a cheater and a liar husband do deserve second chance but not third nor fourth time its too much. Time for her to stand and show that man that she need respect and since he doesnt have that for her the love is not worth it to give with the trust and respect to him too.

First of all you should mention about your nationality, then only proper answer could be given. Tell her to become financially strong before going for divorce and note before taking the final step that f.....should not be able to know whats boiling in your kitchen or your friends life would be more misserable.

Well talk to a lawyer is the first step and the laywer can tell you from there but if there is family court make sure you drew a petition out for cusduy of her children ASAPbefore he does

forgiving is the only true solution. maybe they need to meet a marriage counsellor or something. the 3 kids might have a tough time with a broken home..ask her to view all sides of the problem.

she needs to get an attorney, she may or may not get full custody of the kids. depending on the laws where she lives. first step is to get a good divorce attorney. if she could find him unfit it would help.
