I asked earlier how 2 change a babies appearance and i guess u cant but wat about their clothes? (Not toddlers babies)

While you can't download Custom clothing for babies, per se, you can get Custom diapers at The Sims Resource. Check out my source.

You can't change a babies appearance. They always remain in their diaper only. Only when the become a toddler can you change their appearance (using the changing table).
