If you're talking about your browser, both IE and firefox have an option to alter the text size under the view menu. If your having problems with windows, go to control panel, display, settings, then advanced. You will find an option under dpi size to change the font size in windows. or your can just lower the resolution of your monitor. This won't really work with an lcd since they can't display non-native resolutions very well. getting a bigger monitor, as someone suggested, will actually make the problem worse, since larger monitors, particularly lcds, tend to have a higher resolution, so that text looks smaller.

On your browser, hit Control-Plus (+) (hold down the control key and press the "+" at the same time). That will increase text size in Internet Explorer and Mozilla.
