could easily everyone bounce in this so stated as global warming band wagon. What led to the ice age? suitable no fossil fuels by technique of human beings - it truly is a warming type no longer something more suitable. What created the oil contained in the middle east - particular became no longer the dinosaur - Oil is a organic happening even resembling the warming type. Al Gore and global warming are like oil and water it do not mixture only floats like the bathroom it rests in

I did see the story in the news that Mr. Gore's Tennessee mansion does use a lot of electricity. Is this what this question is in reference to? I do think Al Gore is "walking the walk" when it come to his issue on global warming. He, like a lot of us, has grown accustomed to a way of life most of us lead in developed nations today as far as having easy access to the inventions that use electricity, and he's also concerned that fairly soon, this way of life that's adversely effecting the world we live in is going to burn out. He's spent his life looking at this situation, he's warning the rest of us, and we should listen.

NO- It's all BUNK.

GLobal warming is caused by the magnetif field of Earth and the heat generated form the Athenisphere.

The magnetic field is breaking down and reversing which is expected to happen every 250,000 years or so.

Once the field reverses a global cooling will occur- will it be an ice-age? Maybe we will allburn up due to Solar Wind Radiation getting in due to the lack of he 'bowshock affect'

Don't believe me- got to this url: http://earthsgeomotor.com/

No. He's squawking the squawk. It's caused by an insidious brain infection called the Chicken Little Syndrome. It causes paranoid delusions like the winning of an Oscar!~snortHAW HAW HAW~sniff! It's very contagious and seems to affect liberals more than normal real people. Be careful and always cover your head when you go out.

I think he is walking the walk. However, sometimes it is much more important to talk louder than you are willing to walk. Thomas Jefferson wrote wonderful words equality for all men, but he fell short of personally practicing those beliefs. His words were undoubtely very important in the fight for equal rights.

I think we should thank Al Gore for making many aware of the seriousness of Global Climate Change.

Human action is not responsible for global warming; it's a natural cycle. How did the last 6 ice ages thaw when there were no human created pollution mechanisms? We're simply approaching the end of a warming cycle. We can't stop it what we should be doing is preparing for the consequences, climate change, floods etc.

Gore is just scare mongering to keep himself in the public eye, remember, he also claimed to have invented the modern internet.

No.

But I think he may think he is. On the other hand, as Shakespeare wrote, all the world's a stage and we are but players on it.

Next we need someone claiming to plug active volcanos and patch active earthquake fault zones. However, so far as I know humans don't affect geologic processes that have been ongoing since before life existed.

It doesn't matter. What he does in his personal life has absolutely no bearing on whether what he says in public is true or not. Attacking someone's logic by saying that they don't themselves do what they propose is called an "ad hominem attack," and it's one of the oldest kinds of bogus arguments. Bad people can make good arguments.

He's walking the walk when he's talking about Global Warming.

It takes a lot of time, resources, patience and persistent to do what he has done and continues to do.

I think he should be commended for saying what many other leaders continue to deny or hide from.

I don't know. The movie an Inconvient Truth didn't focus on what he alone is doing, but I believe he is really lobbying for recognition.
