You know the stuff you get on line....for auto, medical etc., how do?

you STOP it...it is annoying to try to delete all of these????

If it's installing onto your computer you have some Adware, run the program Ad-Aware, google it.

Get a good spyware program like Ad aware or Spybot Search and Destroy and then afterwards make sure you keep your pop up blocker on. Although you may need to turn the pop up blocker off for some pages like online banking, mail order etc.
