No -- I do not believe that he is bi-racial. I think that he got lost in a moment of frustration and totally reacted inappropriately-- and doesn't know what to do to fix it.
I think he was probably drunk and found himself maybe saying things that he heard as a child, but didn't truly believe in -- at least that is my hope. Let's not always attack stars who are now struggling to live and find their role in life. Let's try to help them find their role ... just a "positive" thought.

He is a Racist, Bigot and Black person hater!! and if he say he is not he only lying to himself. he got so fraustrated that he could not make anybody laugh at his stupid dry weak jokes!! that is why he went off like that!!!
