I think you must first check whether you are under weight as per the BMI ( Body Mass Index). This is calculated by dividing your weight in kgs by the square of your height in metres. If the result falls between 20 and 25 your weight is ok. If it is more you are overweight and if it is less you are underweight. If you weight is ok according to the BMI I think you should not bother to increase it. It is mostly easy to gain weight and very difficult to lose it.
However if you still want to gain weight, you must exercise regularly. Exercising will increase your appetite and also build muscles which will help you put on weight which will be both healthy and at the same time you will not become fat.

The most important question is WHY??? As a doctor, I would say that 58 kgs is fine. You should count yourself very lucky. Excess weight is a health hazard, and if you can eat anything you want without increasing your weight, 90% of the peop[le of this world are jealous os you. Please appreciate the boon you have and do not try to spoil it

Eat a lot of starchy foods like patotos, rice Eat red meat. Try that but you know some people's matablisum it high and it is hard for them to gain weight they are the lucky ones.

Eat a loaf of bread every moring with 1'L of full cream milk,double your usual lunch & dinner Last add on extra supper every night just before you sleep....

Eat a lot of icecream and eat food with lot of carbohydrate content and also dont do any excercise that willl burn the calories and the chances of becoming fat will be minimal for you,.

Add a spoon of ghee along with rice when u eat.Eat cakes,burger,and some sorts of things which have more contents of fat.Eat lots of chocolatesand icecreams if u like.That's wat all i know.
