Try Lancome Bi-Facil. It's the one I always end up going back to. (Plus, they always give away little free bottles of it in the free gifts with purchase so I never run out!)

Also, there's a L'oreal eye make up remover that comes in a very similar blue bottle with white cap (just like Lancome) but you can buy it at the grocery store and it's about $10 cheaper. It also works well.

I wear a LOT of mascara and eyeliner, and I've found that creme-based makeup removers only serve to smear the makeup around, whereas these water-based removers seem to work very well---even on waterproof makeup---and aren't super greasy.

Good luck!

I use olive oil. I gently smoosh it around with my fingertips and then remove it with cotton balls. It's natural and inexpensive, and it's great for moisturizing the tender skin around your eyes. And, of course, there are no irritating preservatives or perfumes. I have tried commercial products, but I have found this to be the easiest and the best! When in doubt, go natural for your natural skin!

This might seem a bit odd to you but cold milk is a very good to remove make up as it dose not have any chemicals which are harsh, just soak cotton balls or small pads of cotton in a bowl of milk and keep it in the fridge, when you are ready get themout and use them to remove the make up,some people use the cream of milk to reamove it too.It will soften and keep your skin sooth.

I really like cold cream - it's a little old fashioned but it does wonders on thick stage make-up and leaves your skin smooth!

Cetaphil, and it won't burn your eyes and you don't have to use water to wipe it off, just a soft tissue or sponge.
