depends on the quality of animation. If u go to school get ur teacher or lecturer to look at an dsee what they say

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. You made a Flash animation for someone and you don't know how much money to ask in return? What if the person in question visits Yahoo! Answers and sees your question? :D

Seriously, calculate a hourly rate then see how many hours you spent working. It doesn't have to be complicated; e.g. I simply use my salary as a base, multiplied by two if it's something I did in my spare time. Of course, you may want to apply different criteria.

The production guy where I work usually charges $120 for about two hours worth of flash video development...if you want to use that as a baseline...Of course, I think we overcharge a little, but all I do is program code, so what do I know? :-)
