moderation is the key word eat in moderation drink in moderation hold moderate views and opinions exercise regularly to moderate weight and waistline drive at moderate speed and be positive and healthy.

Drink water every day 8 glass purified is best
have a serve of carbs at breakfast with some protein
For a sneak have fresh fruit
Have more protien at lunch (pototo helps carry protien)
Swap chips for a salad
Swap sour cream for cottage cheese
Feta cheese is also low in fat but cottege is lower
Have lot of colour veg in your diet
Eat protien and always include leaf greens for dinner
If your addictived to any wrong foods go 3 weeks without them
If your eating under control a treat twice a week is okay
Work out your body into upper lower and abs and weights
start light and increase to 45 mins for lossing weight four days
or 30 minutes 3 days

Exercise, eat well, bathe regularly, and most of all, stop fretting about your health. My husband is constantly worrying about stuff like his bowel movements, his bloated stomach, his circulation, and he owns three blood pressure machines. He's a hypochondriac and his own worse health hazard.
