How do I set up my Blackberry to get email?

Is there anywhere online where it might have a first-time Blackberry user tutorial? My carrier is T-Mobile, and I have the Blackberry 7100t.

You can either visit http://www.discoverblackberry.com or you can log into http://www.t-mobile.com and look for blackberry email setup. Oh, it would help if you had the blackberry internet add-on as well.
