At what point do we make this important distinction? At what point do we find inclusion a matter no longer ignored?

As a lesbian, do I not have familial concerns? Am I never in a relationship? Am I only part of a culture? Part of a group?

At what point will my concerns regarding significant others be considered as significant as heterosexual concerns which are classified, according to yahoo, as "family and relationship" concerns? Why is my sexual orientation deemed "cultural" and "group-oriented?"

Will we tolerate this? Are we really this second class? Are we truly this compliant?

Let me know. I'm willing to petition yahoo to included GLBT/other under the "Family & Relationship" categorization. We are complex, romantic, loving people who engage in relationships and value family, are we not?

Stand up for the unconditional.

I totally am with you 110%.

I've been wondering this myself the past few years other sites I've been to almost like this that I had to go under Culture & Groups. The way I look at it as im a lesbian and prefectly happy with my partner. We're just like a normal heterosexual relationship. We do everything a normal couple would do. I live with my girlfriend and her brother and Grandma, and they love me just like as if im part of their family. I just don't understand why are site like these trying to hide the gay/lesbian part of it so no one can find it. We're just like everyone else we're humans aswell.

Know what? Lets just all {LGBT} start posting the questions we'd normally ask here...there in that section. Until they get the idea. :D

Might Work.

I agree! I asked this question months ago. Notice that Y!A hasn't moved it at all.
