every night from 12:00 to 1:00 a.m. i hear a loud distorted voice shouting "get out" i am not afraid being that so far i am afraid of nothing, but it is really annoying what should i do to SHUT IT UP?

I'd just yell back at it. Don't know if that's a good idea. Just do whatever comes into your mind to do.

You didn't mention if this appears to be a real person, as in an obnoxious neighbor, or if you think it may be a spirit of some kind. If it is the former, figure out which neighbor and you could inform them that they are disturbing you. If it is the latter, you may want to have your home blessed, or try to have the entity banished. If it turns out to be neither of these, try the people below, maybe they can help.

Get a squirt gun full of holy water and shoot it in the direction of the voice when you hear it. Kinda like a bad kitty jumping up on the counter. That should stop it.

If it's a spirit then first look and see if any windows or doors have been covered in a remolded job. If there has been one covered then put sage around it. If not then you have a spirit that is attached to you. Talk to it ask it why.

k im gonna assume that this isnt a human saying this. so basically there's a demon in your house. not a ghost, i dont believe in them. anyways, as stupid as this may sound, quoting verses from the bible, singing hymns, and praying could cause it to go away. i know this from experience and from my dad, who has, in the past, had to deal with people who had these problems. like one time, he went to this house where all these rocks and things were flying around and hitting them and stuff. but every time they prayed, the rocks would stop flying. when they stopped praying, the rocks would start flying again. no lie.
so give it a try. see if it works.

There are laws in most cities against noise disturbances. You could notify the police if you wanted - especially if you think it's someone telling another person to get out.

That would annoy me also. If it persists, erect spiritual shielding around yourself and your home. You can do it, just visualize a golden barrier. Few entinties can get past that.

sounds nasty, definitely call the police. God knows - it could be somebody telling another person to get out! imagine that, crazy! Also why don't you just tell them to shut up?

sit quietly and ask why. it may be a spirit wanting his/her house to them selves. they may not understand that they are not among the living anymore. If you can hear it, it may hear you as well. Talk to it, find out why it wants you out.
