Date is immaterial. It was on Feb 17 btw. Her mental state is more important..
The responsibility she owes her fans was betrayed.
The poor child has never had a proper childhood. Let us hope she finds help and does not ruin her children.
After those .. er revealing and attention grabbing photos of her ... uhm... shaved lower anatomy a few weeks prior to the head, perhaps she decided to just finish the job.
