Cleveland Indians (no bias, of course). Seriously though, they actually scored the second-most runs in baseball last year, and tied for the best ERA in the AL the year before - but the bullpen broke down in '06. Now they've got Borowski, who's something like a real closer, and Hernandez adds depth as well. They also improved their offense with Barfield and Dellucci. The only problem is the incredibly tough division - but I'll be shocked if they don't improve 10-20 games this year.

By Far the most underrated team this year is the Cincinnati Reds. No argument. They have guys who you have never heard of. Did you all know that Aaron Harang had 215 strikeouts last year! Ya 2ND in the majors. Their outfield is stacked. Adam Dunn is there Cleanup hitter, Griffey is all production, and Ryan Freel is a base stealing, quick cat. They re bullpen is average with Coffey, and Weathers. They re infield is pretty good. Encarnacion had a breakout year and will definitely do better this year. But look out for there catcher David Ross. He is amazing, i watched him in some inter league games, the guy is 1 step away from being like a Joe Mauer with the doubles and the contact productivity. Overall the team is very good and might sneak into the NL Wild Card, if they play exceptionally well.
BTW I'm a Sox fan, no biast opinions.
Peace

National League - Milwaukee. They have a great starting pitching staff, and are loaded with young, talented players. The only problem is that they are in Milwaukee, and no one knows about them. Milwauke will be a wildcardteam this year.
American League - Chicago. People seem to think that they unloaded their whole pitching staff, and will no be bottom dwellers. In truth, they got rid of a bad starting pitcher from last year, and a below average relief pitcher who was more interested in going drinking after the game than the player at the plate. Of course there is still most of the World Series Champion team of 17 months ago there, and the best 3-4-5 punch in the league. They will win either the division this year or wildcard after battling it out with the Twins and Indians all year.

I do have to say the Cubs and Reds are going to be vastly improved, infact being a Brewers fan, The Cubs scare me. I think people are really overlooking them this year. I also think the Brewers are being overlooked. I'm not going to be arrogant and say we are going to take the division by storm, BUT we are going to be much better than people give us credit for. Especially our starting Pitching staff. Plus we have one of the best closers in the league. In the American league people need to stop worrying about the Yankees and Red Sox. The Blue Jays proved last year they are a team that is worthy of contention.

Probably Cleveland.
Real nice lineup and a decent staff.
I think the Diamondbacks may surprise some people this year, too. They do have a chance to win the west.

OK I don't live in Ohio but its the Indians and Reds. The Indians have one of the best rotations in baseball,Sabathia,Lee,Westbrook,Sowers, and Byrd. Also look at their lineup.Hafner,Sizemore,Peralta,Martineiz, and everyone else. They have the strongest batting order and one of the best pitching staffs. The Reds on the other hand had a great record last year but still everyone counts them out of it.

Beware of the mighty Indians. Another big bat in that lineup and they would be a serious problem for the AL Central.
