No, there really was a bennie boy and Cecil cartoon, Cecil was a dragon and Beenie Boy wore a beenie with a propeller on it. Remember it was from a Bob Clampet cartoooooon. Remember the end of the song.

HEY, I remember that show. But it was beenie and cecil. Beenie had a little propeller on his hat and cecil was a sea creature. Remember Clutch Cargo? I can't find anybody that remembers that show.
