Freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose.
Oh, wait, that's Janis Joplin's definition.

Freedom- The ability to give ones opinion and to worship as one desires without fear of reprisal.
To do as one desires, to be free from subjugation, to make ones own decisions, to live as one desires.

And this all must be balanced with everyone else's opinions, religions and desires.

Without using a dictionary - really limits a persons answer...LOL!

Freedom - to live free from restrictions of speech, beliefs, and to move around in your country free of unreasonable suspicion or search(no profiling or otherwise).

But, we will never know......mmmmm!! No-one really can have all the freedom in the world and be happy. That's asking for too much,,,LOL!!!

Freedom is enjoyment of my rights as long as I do not encroach on the rights of others through force or fraud.
If I want to smoke dope, dress like Elvis, etc., I should be allowed to enjoy these activities. If I want to drink a fifth of bourbon and drive on suburban streets, I should be stopped because I am endangering others' right to live.

Freedom means having the ability to make wise decisions oneself--the government does not need to baby us.

Freedom means worshiping, or not worshiping, in the way one wants to live.

Freedom means being allowed to take vacations, move to other places, and work where one is happy working.

My own definition of freedom is......

1 Freedom- the right to be an individual; to have self-identity, to have no boundaries or limits. Free to explore. Literally FREE to explore.

2 Freedom- Peace within the self.

Mostly, to believe and say what I want to say. And to do what I want, without infringing on the rights of others (meaning I can't beat up my neighbor for believing or saying something I don't buy into).
