It depends on the woman.
It's pretty common for the breasts to swell and become tender. The nipples can become extreamely sensitve.
You can feel bloated and uncomfortable.
Frequent urination can be an early sign as well as pee that smells strong (NOT like a bladder infection, by the way).

There isn't way that every single woman's body reacts to pregnancy, so before you make any decisions about the state of your pregnancy based on breast changes, take a pregnancy test. But most women find that their breasts are tender, particularly around the nipples, and some women's breasts can start to grow fairly early. I don't know what you mean about the bath. If you want to know if you're pregnant, take a pregnancy test. It's the only way to know for sure. But one of the first signs I got was pain on my nipples.

Breasts get enlarged,some may show prominent veins, nipples enlarge, the area around the nipples( areola) becomes darker in color and increases in diameter, there are many small knob-like swellings over the areola, sometimes there may be watery discharge from the nipples.

it differes from person to person. you have your breast swollen and tender and their might be a little pain..
