No. There is absolute no such thing as global warming. At least not now, anyway. You see, the media wants to scare you. This sounds harsh and rough, but it is 100% true. You see, the earth was just as hot as it is now 2000 years ago in Roman times. What caused it back then? Cars and cow farts? I think not. Global Warming is a myth that has blown out of proportion. Greenhouse gasses do as they say, yes, but did anyone ever tell you that it's impossible for greenhous gasses to be caught in the atmosphere? No. They always leave that part out. You see, they leave the atmosphere slowly, as they are only slightly lighter than the atmosphere, which calls for slower rising rate. But polution has decreased with tough polution laws in the stratosphere! So what are you afraid of? Nothing. It simply doesn't exist. People who tell you it does, are ignorant, and followers of Mr. Gore. Who is also full of bologna, and will do anything for some attention nowadays.

Yes I do. The evidence is overwhelming, not just the scientific or political evidence but the things you can see with your own two eyes. Go to any mountainous region anywhere in the world and you'll see that the glaciers are retreating. Millions of people live in these areas, try telling them that global warming isn't happening.
Mind you, those who dispute global warming will no doubt say that Al Gore has put something in the water which is causing mass hallucinations and that the photographic evidence of glacial retreat since cameras were first invented is completely faked and that books, reports, studies and other documents over the last 150 years don't actually exist, have never existed and are a collective figment of the imagination. They'll no doubt claim that the lines of debris left behind when glaciers retreat were dropped there by invisible helicopters that no-one heard or saw or that it's the work of pixies that came in the night.
Consider this - there's a petition disputing global warming that most every scientist is aware of and on many occasions has been asked to sign. Over 99.9% of scientists have NOT sign it. The petition is here... http://oism.org/pproject/ pick some names at random, any names it doesn't matter, and google them. There's a good chances the person doesn't exist and if they do they're not even a scientist. Oh, and the person behind the petition is 96 year old Frederick Seitz, he was the person employed by the tobacco industry to convince people that smoking isn't harmful. I can't imagine why he'd be so against global warming unless the fact that he's the director of one oil company and major shareholder in another has something to do with it. Google him, you'll get some interesting results.

Global Warming can cause many things that can not be fixed simply with winter tires. For example, the artic is actually ice and if we don't watch it it'll melt and then the animals there will have no land to live on. Carbon dioxide levels will go up making it hard for us to breathe. There will be an increase in tornadoes, hurricanes, and other natural disasters.
A theory is that we will warm up and then the Earth will naturally cool down causing another ice age. Then a hundred years later the Earth will return to the state it is right now. Also note that global warming doesn't exactly mean the Earth will get warmer. It will get colder (now who wants that?)
However here is the other side of the story with claims that Al Gore's documentry is pure lies.
1) Gore implies that the Aral Sea has been drying up due to global warming, but it's actually because the former Soviet Union diverted the rivers that once kept it full.
2) Gore says the ice caps on Mt. Kilimanjaro are disappearing due to global warming, but the British science journal Nature attributes this to the fact that humans have cut down forests, producing humidity around the volcano.
3) Others claim it's natural for the Earth to suddenly get warmer and that it will return to normal in time.
So fact or fiction? That's the question and it's your job to figure out the answer. Personally after watching Gore's documentry I have started to believe that global warming does exist as before watching it I thought it was a fast way for politicians to make quick money.

Global warming is a natural process that has happened in the past and it will happen again in the future. The question is how much are humans contributing to the speed in which it is happening. The evidence is all around the melting of glaciers the loss of habitat for animals like the polar bear these are not myths they are facts. I think people need to look beyond politics and focus on whats important, the planet.

Yes. Global warming is a real thing that has been going on for a while now. I'm glad that us as humans are taking the nessicary steps to correct it, but we need to do more. Mostly the big companies that are assisting in the warming.
