I think Anthony Geary is the best and most unique actor on daytime. On TV in general. The character of Luke Spencer always entertains. He was great in the 80's and continues to amaze in 2007.

I've always liked the Luke Spencer character and thought Tony Geary makes that part rock. He has shown his great talent year after and when he won the Soap Award I was so happy for him and he deserved it so much. When Laura came back that brought so many memories flooding back from their great adventures and true love affair together. It's nice to see him interact more with LuLu and Luke these days because I enjoy that side of him so much. I'm hooked into his adventures whenever he's off on another one. I was happy when he returned recently and put himself on the line for one of his kids. That's the man I grew up with and love his character to this day. He's gotten more distinguished in his later years but still quite nice looking. I hope GH doesn't make the same error they made with Alan Quartermain and not renew Anthony's contract because they will lose ONE loyal fan since the 70's.

I agree! His character has filled out both physically (and I don't mean fat) and spiritually...quite hot indeed. Actually, I didn't find him that attractive in the 80's...now he is very much so. Although, as a romantic partner in general (maybe except for Laura) he seems like a real pain-in-the-***. And that is my response from someone who has also filled out over the years physically (and I don't mean fat) and spiritually. Bad Boys are not as intriguing as they might have been way back when. However, I will say that I was touched by his declaration of sincere respect and caring for Tracy, as well as his relatively new mature devotion to his family. I guess we are all works in progress. I digress. Of course, I am now talking about his character, and not the actor himself. The question here is not, "do you like the character?," rather it is ,"do you believe the character?." Acting-wise...he has always been talented, and in this respect he continues to grow, and as you said, amaze.
