I think so. They are a strong team who if they do all right in the tourney, beating UCLA will give them enough.

The PAC 10 probably stands a better chance than the Big 10, Big 12, or SEC, of having six teams picked for the tournament.

The one thing I think which works in Stanford's favor is the Pac-10's high RPI. I think the Pac-Ten deserves six teams, and Stanford would be number six right now- UCLA, Arizona, Oregon, Washington State, and Washington being the first five.

Yep. They will be one of probably 5 pac-10 teams to make the big dance. Their wins over Washington State, UCLA and Oregon is enough to get them in. They can improve their seeding with a win over Arizona on Saturday. It is at Maples so that will help.

i'm sorry- i'm no longer certain the %10 seems all that solid, certain after UCLA's dissatisfied very last evening, if that makes any sense. The "high quality" wins all of us in that convention has are truly antagonistic to one yet another, although Stanford did beat Virginia- a win that doesn't look so solid after their ACC journey embarassment.

They are the quintessential bubble team. If they don't beat Arizona and/or make the finals of the conference tourney, they will probably not get in as that will leave them with 11 losses.

if they win their first pac 10 game they are in but i dont think they will so they will be out
