Pepper shooters. Some just call them stuffed cherry peppers. They're cherry peppers that are stuffed with provolone and prosciutto. Then they're kept in a jar of olive oil & seasonings. I've heard people making them and using italian dressing too. Ohhhh, they're so good. Just enough spice in the peppers... ham.. and cheese. Great. Now I need a bib.
