What are these tiny bugs I find in my apt.? They have a hard shell, brown with white spots, about 2 mm long.?

They are a beetle type bug and I don't have bites. I find them on the walls. I don't think they are ticks or bedbugs.

they could be ticks, in which case, GET OUT!
