Bad teammate. Lisa H is right also.

P.S.: to ncyankeesfan13: the best player ever, IF it was a Giant, would be Willie Mays, who had all five tools and was robbed of the HR record due to the horrible Candlestink Park that he had to hit in - you know - winds knocking homeruns down and making them weak deep pop flies. I should know - I saw them both play and Bonds not only could not carry Willie's cleats, he is not as worthy as I to be in the same room with the 'Say Hey kid'- I know that too - I got Mays' autograph on an airplane once (along with McCovey's and Cepeda's - all three of which were extremely flattered to be asked for their autographs for which they did not dare charge - it would have been considereed a 'sin'.) Bonds is a bum - the sooner he slinks off into the sunset, the better. Pete and Mac have much more honor than that bum.

first he's a jerk. He denied me as a 12 year old young girl at the baseball card show an autograph. I paid my stupid 40 bucks for it and he walked away saying he was done for the day. What a jerk. Secondly he is a bad teammate. Last time I checked baseball was a group team effort. And so far what I can see from him, he is the team of one. if he's not sitting in his big fat leather chair alone in the back corner of the clubhouse, he's alone in the dugout. he's a cancer to teams.

whether or not he cheated is a moot point. There is suspicion that surrounds him. His long time trainer has gone to jail for him twice. that speaks volumes to me. if he didn't do anything wrong, why does the trainer not say anything? very fishy isn't it?

I'm not or ever was a Barry Bonds fan and I thought he was an incredible jerk and a horrible teammate when he was in Pittsburgh. But after all this Balco crap and the government getting involved in MLB...which is total horse s**t I really feel for the guy. Their were lots of athletes from all different sports involved....why baseball? Why Bonds? Now he has to deal with all of this...death threats and still concentrate on the game for the SF fans and for his teammates. I hope he does break Hanks Record....

I think he is a jerk, which makes him a bad teammate and a cheater. He is a bad role model for kids and he is a terrible representative of Major League Baseball.

You forgot Greatest Player of All Time. I am a Yankees fan, but not even I can argue with that fact. No one knows for sure that he cheated, and if you were on his team you are a liar if you say that you would wish you weren't. He has 7 MVP's (record), most career walks, 8 Golden Gloves, been in 13 All Star game, is the only member of the 500/500 club (no one else is even in the 400/400 club). I don't think I need to say anymore.

All three I believe! I'm disappointed in all of this for selfish reasons. I have an autographed baseball from the Pirate days and several rookie cards and I am concerned about value now because of possibly tainted records. Any way, if Mr. Big Head is guilty, how could he disrespect the game and the fans like that.
Shame on him!

All of the above, but most of all a jerk. He has the ugliest attitude I've ever seen in baseball.

cheater. But, since no one can prove or verify he has used steroids to enhance performance I think it should be said players wouldn't be able to compete at the major league level if they didn't have excellent hand-eye co-ordination, flexibility and power.

Why not give Barry a break? You have given him the death sentence without a trial. You accuse him as if he admitted to using steroids. He has offered himself up to any investigation on the accusations and yet nothing has been proved.I hope you will never be accused of a crime and not be able to defend yourself., Thats not supposed to be the American way to justice.
