male usually go out without putting any sun screen ,the best way for you is to cleanes your skin,then use a sun screen when you go out,when you are at home use a mild mosturiser,put dots on your face and gently massage it all over,the rest of your body keep it covered or use a sun screen on the places uncovered.
you will see the changes i a few days!!!

You need to find a good quality tinted moisterizer--most ppl won't be able to tell that your wearing anything.
Mary Kay as a great one for $25 & it lasts FOREVER.
