Here's one unusual method that I got from someone online and have seen pretty good results with...buy some vitamin c or e pills that are liquid inside. Break open the pills and pour the liquid right on the scar, then swallow the outside of the pill. Helps heal it from the inside and out.
Some other tips I've seen used would be neosporin, scar healing band-aids (yes, they do actually make those now!), and olive oil (weird kinda, but I've heard rubbing it on it helps). And when you have the chance to be out in the sun not worrying about people seeing the scars, do it, because as your sin gets tanner the scars sometimes get less noticeable.
Hope this helps!

You can try this stuff to get rid of scars from cutting: http://www.amazon.com/Scar-Reducing-Cream/dp/B001PQBELC/?ie=UTF8&tag=asinid-20
Neosporen will help speed up the healing process but not sure how good it will be at removing the scar. For new and old scars, the product at that Amazon link works really well. Obviously, whether it will work well on you depends on how deep the scar is. It's a cream so it's not medication or anything.
It's great that you decided to stop cutting yourself. For those who still have the scars from years ago, try this stuff out if you haven't already. It's one of the best selling scar reducing treatments. For many, it'll result in scar free skin while for others, it will at least reduce the visibility of the scars. It's a cheap way to get rid of those ugly scars.

In regards to cutting that C in your arm, neosporen will help to a certain extent especially if the wound is brand new. However, if it's an older scar, it's not going to help much. This cream is made for older scars.
Glad to know that you regret it and have stopped. Having to hide your arms can be a hassle especially when it's hot. At 13, it can sometimes be a confusing time and we tend to do things without any logic but as long as you've stopped, then it's fine.
Brand new cuts, neosporen is fine but older cuts that have already been replaced by a scar, this cream will be much better at getting rid of the scar...

If the cuts are fresh putting neosporin on them while they heals will help minimize scarring but depending on how deep they are and what you did it with they may not be completly invisible. Taking a shower now will minimize their appearance tomorrow but as they heal they will show. If you don't want anyone to see this your should wear long sleeves while it heals, there is no way to make them invisible.
I know you said you weren't going to do it again but as a precaution please get rid of any objects you might use to cut. In the moment when you aren't thinking you might do it again. It really sucks, I used to do it, and now, a few years later I still get these ghost pains, all the scars on my arms feel like they are burning. And you don't know how much it hurts a guy who really loves you to look at them.

Vitamin E is really good for reducing scaring. If you get the capsules that you take as vitamin suppliments and break them and rub the oil over the skin it really helps. I used this on my face after an accident and I had to have lots of stiches. So many people don't even notice the scar is there until I point it out so hopefully it will work on you too.

I have read that using 2 tbsp of baking soda mixed with 2 tbsp of Vitamin E and mix to a paste. Then use this as a scrub over your scars on a daily or twice daily basis. This will supposedly lighten scars as well as Mederma....:).

Good - stay away from the cutting - not the way to go!! Use neosporin to help it heal. Mederma can help lighten/reduce the appearance of scars. I've been in long sleeves in 100 degree weather for years - it's not worth it!! Oh, and if it's just one little scar, don't hide it. A reminder of how stupid you feel for doing it could be a good thing. Admit how it happened. Don't let it happen again.
