A 13 years boy,if he is student,
he may try job of a house tutor
for neighbor's children in holidays at least.

Lawn Mowing, Pulling weeds, walking pets, shoveling snow, paper route, babysitting, just GOOD OLD FASHIONED WORK!

Make him do shores around the house. Or to walk the neighbors dogs. OR cleaning the neighbors yard.

paper route. most people dont want kids under 15 working for em. so thats the best alternative. also if it snows where u live. shovel sidewalks. or rake leaves. mow the lawn. i dunno be creative.
