The other day the suspision that something was going on between the 2 had been proven i had walked into the room and cought them going at it! They both could be fired for all i care but i dont know what to do. Should i tell, or should i keep my mouth shut? The position im in is great if i say something i am taking a chance of the manager saying that im just saying that cause he gives me the nightly yelling i dont know what to do. Its also come down to the other guys i work with want me to say something to get them fired but i could be fired if they dont believe me. Hard decision what should i do?

Easy, don't say a word. They know you know and now you can pretty much get away with what ever you want because they don't want to get fired. Tell them you wont say anything as long as they leave you alone. OR you could do the right thing and let their boss know. Make sure you say exactly when and where you saw them. Also say you don't want to get anyone in trouble and that you really don't know what the right thing to do is. Tell him/her your fears and go from there.

NADA, You should just mind your bussiness black mailing them will not get you anywhere but Fired even though it is not suppose to go on because there both part of management but you have to look at it like this if you got caught going at it with your supervisor would you want them to tell on you????
