JANET JACKSON'S CAREER HAS SUFFERED GREATLY SINCE THE 2004 SUPERBOWL. SHE HAS BEEN BLACK LISTED FROM MTV AND VH1 WHICH MEANS THEY DO NOT PROMOTE HER MUSIC AND OR VIDEOS IN THOSE CHANNELS. WHICH IN TURN RESULTED IN THE FLOPS OF HER TWO CD'S LATER "DAMITA JO" (2004) AND "20 YO" (2006-PRESENT). DO YOU THINK SHE WOULD STILL MAKE A COMEBACK AFTER "20YO" WAS SUPPOSEDLY THE "COMEBACK" ALBUM AND FAILED TO FULLFILL HER RECORD ALBUM SALES? DO YOU THINK SHE HONESTLY NEEDS MTV AND VH1 TO GET BACK TO SELLING 6 MILLION COPIES PER ALBUM LIKE WITH "ALL FOR YOU"?

mtv and vh1 are the most popular music stations these days. That's how i hear about new music. Without being able to be on there is a big downfall. Those channels probally did have alot to do with other artist selling so many copies. If it wasn't for those or the radio i wouldn't of ever known. I do think her career is over. But she did do something wrong with the whole superbowl thing.

Janet Jacksons career does not need to be over and
the choice is up to her whether or not
to continue and she should come back into the
spotlight and put this behind her and this world of
ours
Is so darn prejudiced and biased against women these days
and if we girls expose to much flesh
we are in serious trouble for exposing our breasts
or some other body part and people stand up and they took
notice of Janet Jacksons wardrobe malfunction thinking she
did this on purpose which is not the case
and yes accidents can happen to any woman on the planet
and women take the heat for showing off our breasts
or below the waist just showing it all to the public

Before you know it becomes a crime and very serious for any
woman to expose herself and they make such a darn big deal
about this our birthday suit what we are born in

And men who take off their clothes on live television is not
even an issue at all and something more common we see
all of the time and people see nothing wrong with men who expose themselves and men get away with out
taking off their clothes to the public
And this is the reason for Paul McCartney to be on the
Superbowl because he is male and it is ok if men show some
flesh or their butts show a little?

But for women we are censored and put under the microscope
all of the time
and a mother who breasts feeds in public people make such
a fuss out of a mother who simply breasts feeds her child

Hmm thrilling. initially, Janet's profession is plenty from being over. people like to proclaim this every time she's out on the scene advertising an album or action picture. She basically these days have been given her nineteenth #a million hit on the Dance chart with "Make me". BTW, she's my #a million as my all time popular entertainer.

Yes, her career is over, she was suppose to tour, but promoters thought she couldn't sell tickets. The whole Jackson family is going to do some Veges shows to make money, with Michael included. I hope it works out.

I don't think that her carrer is over! I'm really shocked at all of the people who think that it is! I mean.. I don't even think that the thing at the superbowl was her fault! How can you let one thing change your ways of thinking? She's a wonderful woman and a wonderful singer. She's not going to be going anywhere for a long time.
