i have windous xp home on my computer just to let you know. wen i start up the computer the fan is are all right. but wen it is doun dowen loading the fan stayes on at full speed. whot can i do?

Well you can't stop the fan unless you turn the computer off. My fan gets noisey when the antivirus program is scanning my computer or if too many programs are running. The fan speeds up when your computer is working on stuff.

i dont think is the fans that u are listenin ,try pullin out the cd`s from drives and tell me if the fans still make sounds.anyhow ,fans are not meant 2 stop while the pc is workin.
