I agree that Benoit is probably the best technical wrestler out there these days. He deserves another title run & a long reign. I'm sick of ppl like Booker T or at times Edge always being touted at the no 1 contender. You should get 2 chances in a yr & if the writers don't let you become the champ, them move on to a fresh storyline!

Benoit is one of the most, if not THE most deserving wrestler in WWE right now. Night in, night out, he takes every one of his opponents on a German Suplex rollercoaster, and headbutts the living heck out of them! This man is pure technical wrestling. He defines modern wrestling. He has improved mic skills, great persona, and the willpower that is unmatched by anyone. It's great that he's US champion (He was born in Edmonton) but that's a mid-card belt. I want to see him take a crack at the Heavyweight championship.

He deserves a World Heavyweight title shot but I think he should be the dominator in U. S. division.

i definitely hope so. he deserves a title run, a long one at that. y hasn't batista, cena, or lashley put the title up against benoit. i think they r scared of the crippler.

Aye, he is one of the better workers in WWE, and thankfully Vince let him mature and develop his skills on the mike when he first came over from WCW. Unlike what Bischoff did to him (and Eddie. And Malenko. And Perry. And oh so many others....), which was bury him.
