My goal is to get into a school such as University of Portland with a full scholarship.
I get a 4.03 Cumulative GPA

Pre-Calc.
AP U.S. History
Moleclar Biology (Honors)
English III (Regular)
Phsychology
Drama
Moral Theology/Sacraments

Your schedule looks great (are you going to take AP English senior year, you should). But if your SAT/ACT don't match your grades, there could be a problem. And you will probably have to write an essay explaining what are your goals, why do you deserve..., and etc. U of P is one of the highest ranking universities in the US, so many people will be attempting to get the same full ride scholarship as you are. Your essay will have to be amongst the best overall to get. Take that AP English class and any other class that might help you write a very well essay. It would be best if you started writing the essay now, get a head start.

Hi, I work at a high school. Congrats on your GPA: it's great. A couple things, 'tho: why take regular English instead of CP or Honors?

Also, if you want a scholarship, you need to make sure your spelling is perfect. Example, you misspelled Psychology.

oh hell if you want to go in that school and get scholarship, your on a good way dude, keep it up, and dont let it slip down, but yeah for your age its too much, but on the other hand, youll be thankfull for such a messed up schedule

No, you took more classes than the average student did at my school, and at more advanced levels of study. Congrats!
