would you pick Nintendo Wii or Play Station 3? what would you suggest is better?

I myself bought a wii because I liked the new technology that they are bringing and they are more video game console oriented. I didn't own a high def tv at the time which is needed to play ps3 and i already own a dvd player so paying $500 for just a system with no games seemed steep compared to the Wii which is $250 and comes with a game, but if it goes for graphics PS3 is superior but game play, uniqueness, and group oriented Wii is a better bet.

the wii if your into a family type of system that you can use for partys. Or a playstation 3 if your a fan of the playstation series and are available to pay some extra cash. Overall I would pick the Wii because your whole family could play and the price.

wii is better. PS3 has a insanely high price, and the wii comes with a game, for only about $150-$200.

It depends what games you like. The Ps3 doesn't have any games that I am interested in at the moment the wii on the other hand has Zelda!!! People get so hooked up on graphics and junk but what's the point if there aren't any good games.

That depends on your preference...they are both great systems but they are very, very different.
The PS3 has superior graphics and selection of games. The Wii, however, has a totally new, revolutionary controller. It is a completely different way to play games. Go to an electronics store and talk to the sales rep about what games you like to play, and try out the two systems.

Id say the wii
PS3 copied wiis controller idea
Wii doesnt give people cancer
PS3 just sucks

Wii! It is more fun because you are actually IN the game! They are in a shortage right now though.
