Wireless internet in a 400 sq ft coffee shop.............?
What is the least expensive way to give customers in a coffee shop wireless internet. My coffee shop is wired for phone but not for cable. I need wireless for 5 computers in the front of my store. As well as wireless through out the coffee shop for customers with laptops.....

Which type of system do you recommend: terminal-to host, file server, or client/server?
Which protocol and network switching device(s) you would use for the five computers on the LAN and for the wireless access?
In regards to cabling, which media type will be best suited for this project?
What telecommunications device should the coffee house purchase?
Which Internet service type would suit the customers best?

we have a home hub. that holds 4 computers. there area also larger hubs that hold 10/12 computer users for wireless hook up.

this is installed inreplace of the companies hub. Not all companies will allow a hub, check with your provider to see if they allow. we have cox computer network. You should pick a dsl internet service if possible.. if not the second choice would be a cable computer internet service like cox or others.
