how do i upgrade malcoms mansion? which is mine now

This final upgrade of the "Bustin' Out" mode (and, by far, the hardest) requires an upgrade of 20,000 Simoleons... Ouch!

Well, think wisely before doing anything here. You can buy the nine-screen television if you want, because that's expensive. Just upgrade the bathroom, put some fun things outside, or you just do it like me. I created the whole mansion exactly like the other places in this game. I made a room like a club and another one a little like Tinsel Bluffs, and out a little decoration at the pool area.

You might want to buy a computer or a bookshelf for your kid to study. I also bought the DJ Booth and put it in front of the pool, for the purpose of making the mansion a fun place and to complete the goal. Just spend 20,000 Simoleons on those things and you'll complete this goal.

As a general rule, just try to replace most of the already-present items with more expensive ones. Also, creating a Skills-building room can give you a decent push towards completing this goal.
