you can dye them but the spot will always stay a differnt shade, sorry

depends on how big the area is I use sharpie premanent markers for small spots, they come in all colors now. for bigger spots you can try Rit dye you can get it at walmart and other places. be VERY careful using it it makes a huge mess if you are not careful. it also depends on the fabric that you plan to dye. also look in the craft department they have different dyes there too for tie-dying. you can try that also. you may not be able to get the same color so you may need to go darker.

Bleach takes the color out of clothes. Its not possible to get bleach "out"

you can try using a marker that is the same color of whatever clothing it is to color over it
