If you are MBBS. Its better if you go for Hospital Management.
Maths is not required, but you may need to learn about statistics to analyse data and believe me its very simple.

Math is absolutely necessary for MBA entrance of premier B' school. Entrance like CAT , XAT , MAT ask question from 12th class level so it should not be a problem for u as u r a MBBS graduate. But u have to revise the concepts and preferebly join a good coaching institute.

Half the questions in Entrance test involve Maths. So it is important in Indian universities. But foreign universities consider your circumstances also.
