Has anybody taken bladderwrack for a case of subclinical hypothyroid? What form? Dose? How did it work and how long until effects seen? Any unpleasant side effects?

If any woman who's tried it also charts her fertility signs: Did the bladderwrack show changes on your chart too? What kind?

I am an herbal student and i would not recommend it for that. It is a great herb but doesnt adress the root of the glandular problem. The #1 herbal formulation for thyroid is 3 parts mullein leaf and 1 part lobelia (measure by weight). Make a tea and drink 3 cups per day as well as apply a rag soaked in the tea around the neck as much as possible and keep on all night. Cover it with plastic wrap to keep in the warmth and moisture.
You will see results very fast.
