im moving this summer

i have the body, im getting my hair dyed tomorrow, my new house is big (inground swimming pool and all 5 bedrooms even though its only me and my moms house. lol.), i have designer necklaces, shoes, and everything.

what else do i need. and ow do i find out who the popular kids are the first day of school so i can hang out with them?

wow, time out .. stop............... being popular isn't important and being a show off isn't good..... don't try to be popular, be confident and nice and hope to find friends that you can actually get along with.. not some people because they are " popular"....... seriously now

Um, why do you want to be the popular girl and find the popular people to be their friend?? You'll end up like Cady (Lindsay Lohan) in Mean Girls. The popular people are mean. Not kind. I mean, you can still be popular, but as a nice person. "The popular people" are always mean, and everyone calls them popular, though no one notices the nice people as popular, even though they are, because the mean ones are sluty and "hot" and "rich" and stand out more because drama is all around them, but those aren't the qualities of a good friend. So, why would you want that? You should just be nice to everyone, be open to everyone and talk a lot and then you'll make GOOD friends. Trust me, do not try to be popular, you have a chance for a good reputation, why would you use that chance for a bad reputation?

Being popular isn't everything. You need to figure out your priorities first. The more you try to be popular, the less you're gonna be. If you just be yourself, you will become popular within the group of friends that you find who will like you for you and not your material things.

you shouldn't try to just hang out with the popular kids acctually i find that schools can not really have popular groups just a lot of cliques . the popular people are the people you will enjoy hanging out with.this is not coming from some person far away from there school years this is coming from a 14 year old

I feel sorry for you because material things and popular people wont bring you happiness. If you want to make friends who you truly can relate to, just join the clubs that you're interested in. For example, if you like to play tennis, join the tennis club.

First, you have to figure out who YOU are. I mean, popular kids are different at different schools. Sometimes you have to be smart, sometimes you have to be rich, sometimes you have to be pretty, sometimes you have to athletic. Or sometimes you have to be all 4! It's better to just be friendly with everyone at first because popular kids are never very welcoming to newcomers. You don't want to look needy.

Well that depends, who do you want to be popular WITH?
Not everyone is going to like you all the time. Do you want to be popular with a bunch of snotty bitches, or do you want to be popular with sweet people that make loyal friends?
Strike up a conversation with those that you want to like you. Everyone likes to talk about themselves, so let them do so. Ask a lot of questions and seem interested in their answers.

Are you seriously asking this? It's cool to want to hang with them if you actually like them but if you're doing it just to b popular that's REALLY shallow, just find friends.

Just figure out a way to start a conversation with them, then exchange names etc... You wil probably have classes together or somthing.
