You might try the Flying Monkey Patisserie in the Reading Terminal Market. They have an extensive variety of cupcakes and they're all really good (well I haven't actually tried them ALL yet - but I've had quite a few and they're all winners.) I'm not sure if they deliver, but they describe themselves as a "specialty dessert catering company" so you might give them a call to see (215.928.0340) - Go to their website to see their cupcake menu:
