Very likely
There are love letters to and from the man who was his room mate for years before he married his wife. In these letters they express openly their love for each other and allude to a physical relationship that they both miss. It is believed that Lincoln's depression was not only about having married Mary Todd, who was unstable, and the loss of their son Todd, but also about Lincoln's loss of the love of his life.

I have read several books about Abraham Lincoln and nothig could be farther from the truth. There is, however evidence, albeit weak, that President James Buchanan may have been gay.

No. He had 5 children, but his marriage was a tragedy. His wife Mary Lincoln suffered a mental disorder. Lincoln married a person who was incapable of living with a normal person.
