I get my pc settings the way I want them, they are fine for a long time, then all the sudden I'll turn it on and their different. example now every window I open opens in the small screen and I have to click maximize. Why are my sttings changing? I am the only person that uses it!

Windows seems to have that quirk about it. You may also want to scan it for adware or spyware. Could be windows update causing it too. Hope that helps.

everytime you close your window it is somewhat recorded. example when you close your all your window (minimized). next time everytime you open a window it is minimized.
regarding the change in settings, its either you accidentally changed it or someone changed it or your pc is infected.

gremlins. It happens to me all the time. I use the restore option.
