I have seen many kids from the age of 8 to 13 who drinks these energy drinks; for example, Red Bulk, Energy, Rock Stars, etc… These energy drinks contain a lot of caffeine, so I don’t think they are good for the kids’ brain developments. What is your opinion on this issue?

Absolutely. These drinks contain far too much caffeine in them, which is not good for children of any age. It's not good for adults either. Some even have labels not to consume more than 2 cans a day, as it can increase your heart rate to an abnormal level. I'm not sure if it affects brain development, but too much caffeine cannot be good.

Ive had them before a fe times. Im almsot 16 and i started drinking them at 14. The last one i had made me feel so ill. I dont think they are good for people from 8-13 i think they are only drinking them to be kool and look like the older kids. Im not worried about there brains. If u have more then 2 ur can damage ur heart.

I think just like drugs and alcohol don't mix with kids, neither does caffeine.

Those drinks are bad news for both kids and adults. Don't drink them and don't let your kids drink them.
