I don't think that way,some of my crew were females, and I think that they work harder than some of the guys,and they will never have to prove them self's to me that they can't do the job that is required of them.

Do they? My sister was a volunteer one. To be honest it sort of weirds me out because I'm not sure if a woman would have enough physical strength in all that gear to back her male co workers up. But, I am pretty , out of the loop, about the whole thing.
