One of the meds I used to be on made me crazy and landed me in the psych ward for three days.

Riding in a Cessna (a 2-seater airplane, with a propeller on the nose) that my brother was flying through a severe thunderstorm in Oklahoma. There was hail hitting the windshield really hard, lightning was everywhere, lots of turbulence, and strong wind gusts (it was blowing the plane sideways away from the runway when he tried to land the plane so we could wait out the rest of the storm). I thought we were going to die, and I didn't fly on a Cessna again for a long time after that night. My brother didn't tell me at the time (he told me later), that he was actually quite scared too during the whole ordeal!

I was lost (somewhat) after exiting a river my two sisters & I had been tubing on, headed downstream. It got pitch dark before we reached the point we hoped to meet friends at , so I suggested we exit the river for the relative security of the shore ,as none of us knew what lie ahead (turned out there was a waterfall!)
I went off looking for some sign of civilization after telling my sisters to stay put. I walked thru this field w pretty high grass, when i saw what looked like a road bed just ahead as there appeared to be no grass.
I walked on, & stepped off the edge of a 30 foot cliff into an abandoned quarry. For those few seconds I recalled the plight of Wiley Coyote !!
Fortunately I only bruised some ribs & had the breath knocked out of me !!

Wow, I thought I was alone in the world, but I guess not!
Same thing happened to me as emery above^^.
I don't what is worse. Having a stalker who followed me around school? Or a random guy trying to lure me into his car.
I think I'll go with the random guy in a car. Since it was in a parking lot, and every one around stared at ME as if I was the weird/bad/foul one, just cause I said "F*#& NO!!!" to the idea of getting into his car.
Sad world we live in. :(

My dumb X fooled me into thinking that our daughter went missing. 30 seconds of sheer HORROR, then he told me he was joking. She was with his parents - - he ran into them in the video store while I ran into the grocery store on the other end of the parking lot. We all met at my house a minute later. I don't know how people with missing loved ones can breathe at all. Lord, have mercy. That was scary.

i was walking home in the middle of the night and someone in a car was coming up behind me, so i hid behind some cars and he pulled over and shined his headlines on the car i was hiding behind. i thank god that someone came around the corner and he pulled away and left. i have never been so scared in my life!!!
