you may be able to write a story that is veiwed by some as the scariest story ever but peoples fears are so different that you could never accomplish that goal realistically....... however you could write a story that scares a good majority of the people a lot so i would say BRING IT ON

ok i'm purely 15 so this may no longer appear as if a lot besides the undeniable fact that it scared me soooo a lot. i replaced into contained in the Boy Scouts and we were camping out about 2 hours faraway from my homestead. We were trekking and we chanced on 2 slumbering bags with bras and panties and stuff in them. So the adults wanting to trick us with a pretend assassin destroy out thingie. the first ingredient they did replaced into let us know that a assassin had escaped from the hit upon penitentiary and replaced into very last sighted contained in the park we were camping out in and that we'd might want to leave. So clearly i replaced into scared. It replaced into about 10pm and we had set up a huge fireplace and that i replaced into making positive there replaced into someone between me and the wooded area. So between the older scouts stated he had to bypass and went into the woods. some seconds later I talked about a guy in a mask wearing the scout on his back and dealing at us with an awl. I ran out of the campsite and down the line. yet another scout tryed to stay with me yet bumped into my dad at the same time as he replaced into sitting in a rocking camp chair. I kept operating until eventually the adults were able to capture up with me and end me. It ended up being a funny tale and it replaced right into a daunting and humorous adventure.

I'm not saying it's you, but about ninety five percent of the people I know that think they are good writers are really terrible writers. You might be brilliant, but odds are against you. Then again, if you really are good, you'll shine through the crap like a rose in a garden of daisies.

Truth is stranger than fiction. Start doing some research on REAL stories. Believe me, they are scarier than anything you can come up with from your own head!
Good luck!

I think you can do it. In fact, I'm scared by the question alone.
