Do you really think thats true? Isnt there a possibility that they lied in the surveys or something?

Well of course there's a possiblity people lied in surveys. There's also the fact that not all of the population were surveyed, probably a select amount in a select coutry, so It's not going to be true of every culture.
But honestly I have to say I don't think that those stats are hard to believe at all. I definitely would be inclined to believe there is alot of truth to them. What is it about them that you think is unbelievable?
Guys will masturbate because it's a pretty physical thing, the need.
And the teen-population is teens aged 13-19 which is a wide age barrier. Seeing as the legal age (in UK) for sex is 16, thats 4 years worth of teenagers who can legally have sex, it's likely that alot do. Half of all teens seems about right to me.

well the way that teens are today it is verry likley i wouldnt think otherwise but they could of lied also
