Okay, so I added this guy on facebook who has been sending weird messages about my friend "scamming" other people on other sites.

The thing is I used a fake facebook account.
And I used to a FAKE hotmail account to sign up for that phony facebook account as well.

So I added the guy.
And the next thing I know, he logged onto my REAL account and added me on my fake account.
(If you're still reading this, I hope you understand what I'm saying)

Well, frankly I'm quite scared... and impressed.
How did he do it?
Is there something I can do to prevent something like this from happening again (other than NOT adding mysterious people).

Sounds like he put tracer spyware on your computer. Get a good anti virus and anti spyware program, and do a full scan. Then do regular scans to keep your computer free from malware You could also try disconnecting from the internet. (not just shut down your computer ===actually disconnect the internet connections.) When you re-connect everything , you should have a new IP address. This may break his connection to you. I don't know whether this will actually work, but it's worth a try.

Your fake response had to come from somewhere ... it got traced.

To prevent this, don't bother replying to that stuff.

- Don't use weak passwords on your account.
- Scan your computer for viruses.. Use a firewall... Check for Spyware..
