How do I make Flash animations, movies, etc.?

To make Flash you will need a program called Flash 8, made by Macromedia/Adobe, if you don't have it email me and I'll give you the fulll version because the little vrying babies from yahoo don't want me putting serial and I don't mean the yahoo employees but the little nerdy people here, hehem... moving on... you will need to watch some tutorials too, here are some:

In flash we can create movies and animation and export these files into another related formats like .gif, .mpeg, .mpg. And also by flash we can develop the website also. There are so many online tutorials available.

You need Macromedia Flash Software to do it.

go have a flash program 1st
learn the basics of flash, such as tweening, masking, guideline
if you master that you can now create anything, you want...
but if you want to embed flash on your website as the head,
maybe you need also to learn photo editing ^____^
